Katie & David’s Intimate fall garden wedding at Cator Woolford Gardens was the most gorgeous celebration. It was so perfectly them. I first met these two when we took their engagement photos at the most beautiful tucked away waterfall at Cloudland Canyon State Park. Their adventurous and kind spirits are so warm & inviting & I knew their wedding day would be a perfect reflection of that. It was truly such a perfect fall day- the golden light was shining through the trees and leaves were literally falling on these two as we took their portraits. It was all kinds of magical. Katie’s stunning Elizabeth Dye Dress from The Sentimentalist suited her so perfectly. These two said I do in the most beautiful & intimate garden surrounded by their closest friends & family. I loved that they chose to take a more nontraditional approach to their bridal parties. Instead of the traditional “groomsmen”, David had his sisters by his side as his “grooms ladies”. I love when couples choose to break from tradition and incorporate things into their day that are special & intimate to them. Such a beautiful reminder that your wedding day can look however you want it to look like. Do what’s important to you and to who you two are as a couple, and your day will be that much more special.
