I spent a sunny summer afternoon hanging out with the Johnson family – Amanda, Kurtis & baby Henry Elias Johnson photographing their Grant Park Atlanta in home family session. We spent the first half of the session in their beautiful home in Grant Park Atlanta documenting these three & their season of life . It is always so special to be invited into a family’s home & get to capture such intimate and precious moments. Time passes so quickly & it is so wonderful to be able to have different phases of your family’s life documented to look back on forever. I always encourage families to take photos at home, no matter what your home looks like. Home is such a special place & holds the dearest memories & stories. Photos taken at home and in places that are familiar end up meaning so much more in the long run. After spending time in their home, we went to a park close by their house. We spent the rest of adventuring through Grant Park Atlanta. Amanda & Kurtis are just the greatest & Henry could not be more full of life, smiles, and giggles. It was an absolute joy to document this sweet family & create images for them to cherish forever. What an honor to have the privilege of capturing such beautiful & important images.
