Chinatown neon engagement session
I had the best time last fall with Laura + Willie during their brooklyn & chinatown neon engagement session. Laura + Willie were so intentional about every detail of their engagement session. They got engaged in one of their favorite places, Japan, & their trip was filled with lots of ramen at their favorite ramen place, Ichiran. Although we didn’t go all the way to Japan for their session, Brooklyn was the next best thing. We started the session adventuring around the Brooklyn Bridge, stopping for a couple beers along the way. We made our way to Ichiran for dinner and a couple quick snaps. Post dinner we hopped on the subway to head to chinatown. There was this perfect moment where a subway was coming and going on either side and we happened to be in the right place at the right time and it lead to some magical images. We ended the night with some neon portraits throughout the streets of chinatown. It was such a fun & adventurous day & truly captured who these two are & their creative selves & adventurous personalities. Enjoy these photos, and a quick little video Zac & I made of these two adventuring through new york city together.
